Returns & Exchanges

At Miduty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Miduty account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
